  OBC 車載充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機是新(xin)能(neng)源汽(qi)車將電(dian)(dian)網交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)轉換為(wei)適(shi)配動力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)直流電(dian)(dian)的(de)關(guan)(guan)鍵設(she)備,其效(xiao)率直接影(ying)響充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)速度與(yu)能(neng)耗,關(guan)(guan)乎用戶(hu)使用成本與(yu)車輛性能(neng),因此 OBC 車載充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機效(xiao)率測(ce)試意(yi)義重大。

  實際測試(shi)流程(cheng)中,需全面覆(fu)蓋充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的工作范圍,如從低功率(lv)(lv)涓流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到高功率(lv)(lv)快速(su)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的不同階段。同時,考慮溫(wen)度(du)對充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)的影響,在測試(shi)過程(cheng)中監(jian)測充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的溫(wen)度(du)變化(hua),分析效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)隨溫(wen)度(du)的波動情況(kuang)。根據行(xing)業標(biao)準,OBC 車(che)載充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)在額定工況(kuang)下的效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)一般(ban)需達到 90% 以上 ,通(tong)過效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)測試(shi),可評估充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)性能是否達標(biao),為產品優(you)化(hua)與(yu)選型提供依據。
